  • Caramelized Butternut Squash with Feta and Cranberry-Hot Honey Drizzle
 
Ingredients:
Roasted Squash:
  • 2 cups butternut squash, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Feta Layer:
  • 1 cup Feta
Cranberry-Honey Drizzle:
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons Steeves Bees Hot Pepper Honey
  • 1 tablespoon water or orange juice
 
Optional Garnish:
Fresh thyme or parsley
 
Directions:
  1. Toss squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 425°F / 220°C for 30–35 minutes until caramelized.
  2. Simmer cranberries, honey, and juice 3–4 minutes until syrupy.
  3. Crumble Feta on a platter, top with squash, drizzle glaze, garnish, and serve warm.
Classic Avocado Toast with Hot Honey
 
Ingredients:
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 medium avocado
  • Generous drizzle of Steeves’ Bees Hot Pepper Honey
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
Directions:
  • Toast slices of bread in the toaster until golden.
  • Cut the avocado in half, and remove the pit. Run the knife through the avocado to form small squares, scoop out the flesh, and place it into a bowl.
  • Using a fork, mash the avocado and season with salt.
  • Evenly divide the mashed avocado between the 2 slices of toast.
  • Drizzle with Steeves’ Bees Hot Honey
Hot Honey Spinach Dip
 
Ingredients:
  • 16 oz cottage cheese
  • 12 oz frozen spinach
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
  • 1/2 block light cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 6 tbsp Hot Pepper Infused Honey
Directions:
  1. In a greased baking dish, combine all ingredients and bake @ 350F for 25 mins.
  2. Take it out, mix well and put back in for another 20 mins.
  3. Remove from oven and pour Steeves’ Bees Hot Pepper Honey over top!
  4. Serve with your favorite crunchy snack and enjoy!

Roasted Beet and Garlic Infused Honey Caramelized Pear Salad with Feta & Pistachios
Ingredients
 
Salad
  •  2 medium beets, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 2 pears, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Infused Honey
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup crumbled feta
  • ⅓ cup chopped pistachios
  • 3 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or spring mix)
 
Dressing
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Garlic Infused Honey
  • ¼ tsp Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of salt & pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss beet wedges with 1 tbsp olive oil, Garlic Infused Honey, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25–30 minutes, or until tender. Let cool slightly.
  2. While beets roast, heat 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add pear slices. Cook for 3–5 minutes per side, until caramelized and golden. Remove from heat.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Garlic Infused Honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  4. In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, roasted beets, caramelized pears, crumbled feta, and chopped pistachios.
  5. Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
 
Spaghetti & Spinach with Sun-Dried Tomato Garlic Honey Chicken Cream Sauce
 
Ingredients:
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 3tbsp Garlic Infused Honey
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • ½ cup chicken broth
Directions:
  1.  Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken strips with salt and black pepper, then cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. In the same skillet, slightly warm the Garlic Infused Honey. Add sun-dried tomatoes and warm for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce.
  5. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the chicken and sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce. Serve warm, garnished with freshly cracked black pepper.
 
Scallops with Honey Garlic Lime Cilantro Sauce
 
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb sea scallops, patted dry
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons Garlic Infused Honey
Directions:
  1. Pat the scallops completely dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot and shimmering, carefully add the scallops in a single layer.
  3. Sear the scallops for about 2 minutes per side, or until a golden crust forms. Avoid overcrowding the pan for best results.
  4. Remove the scallops from the skillet and set aside on a warm plate.
  5. In the same pan, reduce heat to medium and add butter and Garlic Infused Honey. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Stir in lime juice and lime zest, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
  7. Return scallops to the skillet, spooning the lime butter sauce over them.
  8. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro before serving.
Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken
 
Ingredients:
  • 500g boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
For the Honey Garlic Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup Garlic Infused Honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions:
 
  1.  Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat each piece in cornstarch
  3. dip in beaten egg
  4. then coat again lightly with cornstarch.
  5. Deep fry until golden and crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  6. In a pan, mix Garlic Infused Honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, vinegar, and chili flakes.
  7. Cook the sauce for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  8. Add fried chicken and toss until fully coated and glossy.
  9. Garnish with parsley or sesame seeds.

Lemon Infused Honey Salmon Bites with Dill Yogurt
 
  • 1 lb Salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 teaspoon Lemon Infused Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)

Dill Yogurt Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Infused Honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Instructions:
Prepare the Dill Yogurt Sauce: 
  1. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped dill, Lemon Infused Honey, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well and set aside in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the salmon.
Cook the Salmon Bites:
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add the salmon cubes to the skillet, seasoning them with salt and pepper. Sauté the salmon for about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and golden brown.
  3. Drizzle the Lemon Infused Honey over the salmon in the last minute of cooking. Toss gently to combine.
Serve:
  1. Remove the salmon bites from the heat and transfer them to a serving platter. Serve warm alongside the dill yogurt sauce, garnished with fresh dill.
